この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、IELTS Diary（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本規約に同意したうえで本サービスを利用するものとします。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、本サービスの提供条件および本サービスの利用に関する当社と利用者との間の権利義務関係を定めます。
第2条（提供内容）
本サービスは、英語学習支援を目的として以下の機能を提供します。
- 日記・作文の作成および保存
- AI添削・評価・学習支援
- 会話練習および下書き生成
第3条（利用環境）
利用者は、本サービスを利用するために必要な端末・通信環境を自己の責任と費用で用意するものとします。
第4条（禁止事項）
利用者は、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
- 不正アクセス、またはこれを試みる行為
- 他者の権利を侵害する行為
- 反社会的勢力への利益供与
- その他当社が不適切と判断する行為
第5条（利用者コンテンツ）
利用者は、本サービスに入力・投稿したコンテンツ（以下「ユーザーコンテンツ」）について、著作権等の権利を保持します。
当社は、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、ユーザーコンテンツを無償・非独占的に利用できるものとします。
- AI添削機能の提供（Google Gemini Developer APIを経由。モデル学習には使用されません）
- 本サービスおよび関連サービスの品質向上
- 統計的・匿名化された形での分析・公表
利用者は、第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツを投稿してはなりません。
第6条（免責事項）
本サービスにおけるAIの出力は参考情報であり、正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。
当社は、本サービスの利用によって生じた損害について、一切の責任を負わないものとします。
第7条（サービスの変更・停止）
当社は、利用者への事前通知なく、本サービスの内容を変更、停止または終了することができます。
第8条（規約の変更）
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本サービス内またはその他適切な方法で告知します。
第9条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約の準拠法は日本法とし、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、当社の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
付則
本規約は、2026年01月25日から適用します。

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of IELTS Diary (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms define the conditions for the provision of the Service and the rights and obligations between the operator (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") and the user in relation to the use of the Service.
Article 2 (Description of the Service)
The Service provides the following features for the purpose of supporting English language learning:
- Creation and storage of diary entries and written compositions
- AI-powered proofreading, evaluation, and learning assistance
- Conversation practice and draft generation
Article 3 (User Environment)
Users are responsible for preparing and maintaining, at their own expense, the devices and network environment necessary to use the Service.
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:
- Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service
- Unauthorized access to the Service, or attempts thereof
- Actions that infringe upon the rights of others
- Providing benefits to antisocial forces
- Any other actions deemed inappropriate by us
Article 5 (User Content)
Users retain all rights, including copyright, to content they input or submit to the Service (hereinafter referred to as "User Content").
We may use User Content free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis to the extent necessary for the provision of the Service, including:
- Providing AI proofreading features (processed via the Google Gemini Developer API; User Content is not used for model training)
- Improving the quality of the Service and related services
- Analysis and publication in statistical or anonymized form
Users shall not submit content that infringes upon the rights of any third party.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
AI-generated output provided through the Service is for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
Article 7 (Modification and Discontinuation of the Service)
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice to users.
Article 8 (Amendments to the Terms)
We may amend these Terms as necessary. Any amended Terms shall be communicated to users within the Service or through other appropriate means.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our principal office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall take effect on January 25, 2026.
